It is hard to imagine that CEO Queenie Le of RR Professional Services experienced a deprived childhood with a poor family background. Her success today is recognized as a result of constant striving, overcoming all obstacles to achieve her dreams for herself and her family.
Queenie graduated in finance and banking, worked at Toyota ASTA, and became the best seller before moving to Australia, where she was appointed Director at Finance Group Pty Ltd for almost 20 years. Since 1999, Queenie has recognized the potential of the Australian real estate industry and has successfully invested in many residential and commercial projects. With immense experience in real estate, she continues to help people in financial investment and real estate.
Her clients say that Queenie not only has practical experience but also has pursued further education to graduate as a financial investment advisor and real estate finance specialist. This effort has been rewarded by assisting clients in overcoming financial hardships and providing legal advice to achieve successful investments.

Ms Nguyen has written the following reports and articles which have been retained in the Library of Wollongong University:
- 1995: An Article title “The participation of the Vietnamese in the Practice of Law in Australia”.
- 1997: Major Project title: “The Vietnamese and the Law in New South Wales”.
Ms Thi Cam Hong Nguyen finished her Law Degree with honours in July 1997. She was admitted and has been practising as a solicitor since 1998. She is a registered migration agent has represented clients in the Immigration Review Tribunal (“MRT”) and Administrative Appeals Tribunal (“AAT”). She has been focusing on partner (spouse) visa, fiancé visa, or same sex partner visa. Importantly, she was successful in submitting Schedule 3 Criteria Compelling Reasons for her client who had stayed in Australia illegally for five years. After considering her submission with respect to the compelling reasons, the Department of Immigration and Border Protection has granted a partner visa to her overstayed client.
